The Firm

The firm was formed at the beginning of 1994 by Leopoldo Mazzetti and Maurizio Rossi, both former partners of Studio Legale Ardito. Studio Legale Ardito had been active for quite a long period of time in Rome, Milan and London. All its partners did accordingly share an extensive experience in international legal practice.

The office premises - 400 square meters on two floors - are located at Palazzo Taverna, a XVI century building near Piazza Navona. The firm is also present in Milan, having at its disposal an office in the city center at Palazzo Vittoria, Piazza Cinque Giornate. The firm may therefore provide assistance all over the Italian territory, in various fields such as general practice, corporate and commercial law, EU law, litigations, arbitration, antitrust, bankruptcy law, labour law, product liability, trademarks, intellectual property, information technology and cultural property.

The firm includes among its representative clients General Motors Corporation and its Italian subsidiaries Opel Italia and Chevrolet Italia, General Motors Acceptance Corporation and its Italian subsidiary GMAC Italia, Kuwait Petroleum Italia, Toyota Motor Italia, Delphi Automotive Systems, Atlantic Research Corporation, Berlitz International and its Italian subsidiary Berlitz Language Centers, Lionbridge, Panini, Fannie Mae, Honeywell, LVMH, BP Lubrificanti, ATR - Avion de Transport Régional, Ivax Diagnostics, Team Iwakiri Architectural Studio, Japanese Embassy of Rome, Nissan Italia, Scuderia Coloni (formerly Fisichella Motor Sport International), Coloni Motor Sport and among individual clients, the motorcycle racing world champion Massimiliano Biaggi.

Some of its partners in the litigation section are also currently representing the US Department of Justice in labour litigations.
