Sports Law

During the past years, the Firm has expanded its expertise on the issues to be more frequently deal with in the sports field as relations between sport regulations and ordinary legal system.

The Firm advises on national and EU competition law and assists clients in cases related to abuse of dominant position and agreements restricting competition, before the European Commission, the Court of Justice, the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato and the Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni.

The Firm is particularly active in the consumers law and has consolidated a significant skill and experience aimed to handle and solve issues connected to product defects, product liability, unfair commercial practices and misleading advertising.
The Firm pays attention to the analysis of the incoming "class action" regulation in the Italian legal system and the consequent economic impact for the clients which may be involved.

The Firm advises the clients in connection with personal data protection issues.
In particular the Firm may represent the clients in the proceedings pending before the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali and give day by day assistance in the fulfilment of the obligations set forth by Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 no.196.
